The journey of Dual Consulting began when Nicole and Nichelle's friends and network constantly sought their guidance for managing and producing events, product development, sourcing, and navigating the daily challenges of running a business. Witnessing the profound impact of their support, they realized there was a broader need for their expertise. This realization fueled the creation of Dual Consulting, a firm dedicated to offering personalized, strategic solutions to help entrepreneurs thrive.

Nicole and Nichelle bring a wealth of experience to Dual Consulting. As co-founders of The Guilty Grape, a pioneering wine-centered lifestyle brand, they have made significant strides in the wine industry, particularly in promoting diversity and inclusion. Their journey as sommeliers and entrepreneurs has been marked by overcoming obstacles and breaking barriers, and they bring this resilience and innovation to their consulting work.

Before dedicating themselves full-time to The Guilty Grape, both Nicole and Nichelle earned their bachelor’s degrees from UNCC and served as senior management executives at Gap, Inc. There, they led teams to drive performance, ensure operational excellence, and achieve profitable growth. Their extensive experience in retail, operations, and strategic management enables them to provide invaluable insights and solutions to their clients.
